Are you a registered manager with home care experience looking for a new change or challenge?

Then look no further !!

My client is currently looking for an experienced deputy or registered manager within the home care sector to join there team based in the Trafford area. You will be in charge of the day to day running of all services and users within the designated area. You will have the support of directors, but be incharge of a deputy manager below you and also 15 care workers who will be involved with the day to day care of all the users.

You will need to have your level 5 NVQ in leadership and management, You must be a driver have a good understanding and knowledge of CQC and also be really good at relationship building as you will be liasing with local council, families, potential clients, and other employees throughout the company.
