Job Description

Registered Care Home Manager - Competitive Salary - Full Time 37.5 hours per week - To join our team in Friern Barnet, London

Our home in Friern Barnet support up to 8 adults who have Autism and / or Learning Difficulties helping to improve their independence within a supported environment and changing their world for the better. We work with people to achieve their goals through supporting them to access training, volunteering and employment opportunities. Individuals are supported to engage in their local community and to learn and practice new skills in a supported environment, our staff are our heroes and they need a leader!

We are looking for a Care Home Manager who:

  • Experienced as a Registered Care Home Manager
  • Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
  • Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality within an Autism setting
  • Demonstrates positive values
  • Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
  • Holds a QCF 5 in Health and Social Care is essential
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
  • Good awareness of CQC legislation, updates, changes and best practice
