I have an exciting opportunity for a Care Home Manager in Honiton, Devon. You will be leading a team to support Elderly service users to ensure the highest quality of life.

You will be managing the home on a day to day basis, ensuring that the home continually meets all of the required regulations, providing leadership to all staff and making sure that the resources available to you are utilised productively.

Day-to-Day Duties will include;
-Experience of managing and supervising staff
-Planning rotas
- Understanding budgets and working with local agencies
-Obtain CQC Registration as Care Home Manager
-Risk Management
-Keep up to date with changing legislation
-Develop and train the staff to achieve their full potential

Candidate requirements;
-Experience of Managing in a Residential Home or managing a Home with service users who suffer from Dementia.
-Hold a QCF/NVQ Level 5 in Social Care

Salary; £33,000-£36,000 per annum
