My client is looking for an experienced domiciliary Care Manager for their branch in Kingston.
My client provides high-quality nursing, home-care and health-care services. With a prestigious history in the sector and well-established links with numerous national health-care organisations; they empower franchise owners to make a positive difference across local communities, on a national scale.
They have almost 30 years` experience in providing a wide range of health-care services. They specialise in supplying nurses, health-care assistants and ancillary staff to private and public health-care establishments, such as hospitals, nursing homes and medical centres.
The Registered Manager will manage and develop the business whilst working within the requirements of the Care Act 2014 as defined by the regulator, and to ensure that the Company`s Policies & Procedures are adhered to; ensure that the reputation of the business is that of a company who provide appropriate staff that enhance the lives of the customer.
The Registered Manager will administer and manage business controls, while following the business model and ensure a smooth operation of service delivery on a daily basis.
They will report to the Franchise Director.
The Registered Manager must:
Have 2 years experience as a Care manager in a domiciliary Setting
Have NVQ Level 3 and working towards a level 5 in health and social care
Reside in Wimbledon / Kingston / Richmond
Be a driver with own car.
Be double-jabbed for Covid19 vaccine
Up to £35,000
You will be expected to attend a remote and a face-to-face interview.
