LOCATION: NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE

SALARY: £27,000 - £28,000

BS Social Care are proud to be currently assisting a large, and reputable Care provider in their search for an experienced Home Care Manager to assist in the smooth running and provision of quality care and support to elderly users in their own homes.

The role will involve the day to day management of a team of dedicated staff, overseeing recruitment, interviewing, training and staff rotas, managing budgets and adhering with the company`s policies and procedures. Some on call duties will be required.

Successful applicants must meet the following criteria:

- NVQ Level 4 in Management or Health & Social Care
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar managerial role
- Driver/own transport is essential
