Registered Care Home Manager (Domiciliary)
Upto £45,000
Corsham
Start date: Asap/July
Are you a natural leader and highly motivated Registered Home Manager? My client seeks a business-minded Registered Domiciliary Manager with a passion for care to drive their business forward.
Candidates for the Registered Domiciliary Manager post must come from a Domiciliary Care background and display strong management skills, leadership skills, along with a history of successfully running fully CQC-compliant homes.
As an experienced Registered Home Manager, you will have the responsibility of:

- Business development and be a driving force behind its growth.
- Maintain Care plans of service users
- Motivate and Lead Team members
- Assess clients care needs and provide care when required

This is a full time position Monday to Friday (37.5hrs )
