Registered Care Manager
Location: Coventry North & Bedworth
Salary: £33,000-£36,000 per year
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
I am looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a person centred domiciliary care service in Coventry. You'll ensure high standards of care, support your team, and drive service growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team delivering person-centred care
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies
- Oversee care assessments, planning, and reviews
- Recruit, train, and develop care staff
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, and professionals
- Monitor service quality and implement improvements
- Participate in the on-call rota as needed
Requirements:
- Experience in domiciliary care management
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards it)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
