Job Description
We are recruiting for a Registered Manager for a service based in Bolton.
You Will be joining a Charity that has a range of services that include educational and residential services. Their purpose is to improve the quality of life and to support everyone to become independent members of the community. They believe in "Ordinary Life Principles" so you will be working with the young people to be able to go and do activities like going to the cinema, meeting up with friends and family and pursuing hobbies and interests.
As a registered manager you will be responsible and manage the service (Up to 4 beds) and manage a team. You will lead by example and be commited to ensuring the young people lead a rewarding and fulfilled life. You will be a positive and inspirational role model to your team, you will encourage fun, laughter and memory making! You will know the importance of a childhood and in-still this in to your team.
For this role we are looking for someone that has worked in a Children Residential Service for at least 2 years and had at least 1 year supervising and managing in the home. You will need to have support children and young people with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will have needed to have completed your Level 3 in Children and Young People and either completed or happy to start your Level 5 Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.
This is a full time role and the salary is £30,507 - £36,876 per annum
