BS Social Care present an amazing opportunity for a passionate Registered Childrens Manager to over see a 5 bedded childrens home which is part of an established organisation.

The organisation has been established for over 10 years and has been delivering an outstanding service since they opened and are looking for someone to continue this excellent standard of service.

Your responsibilities will be to manage the general day to day running of the home as well as spending time with the service users in the home and make sure that they are supported and cared for. The home you will be running specialises in SEMH support and is made up of 12 members of staff that you will manage.

The future registered manager of this home will be an enthusiastic , motivating character who wants to make sure the home is ran to the best of its ability. Does this sound like you?

The successful candidate will need a driving license and a minimum of a Level 3 in Leadership and Management and will have experience managing a childrens home as well as a sense of humour!
