I am actively seeking a skilled, qualified and experienced registered domiciliary care manager to oversee the day to day running of a growing, Coventry based domiciliary care branch.

Working closely with the company directors, you will also benefit from additional training and development opportunities and have access to further resources provided by the organisation`s national head office.

As the appointed domiciliary care manager, you will be required to register with CQC and take full responsibility for the development and management of care and support staff, the delivery of care and maintaining quality and compliance.

Business development, recruitment and retention of staff and ensuring your office exceeds agreed KPIs will form part of the managerial role.

To be considered for this outstanding managerial opportunity, you will need to demonstrate a proven background managing domiciliary care and/or supported living settings, hold or be working towards the level 5 in leadership and management and hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
