I have an exciting and rare opportunity for a Registered Estate Manager to oversee a development of privately-owned luxury apartments in an Assisted Living environment in Poole, Dorset.
You will be an individual who is passionate about performance, ensuring that the home owners flourish in a vibrant and caring community. You will be working closely with other Estate Managers to enhance the lives of the retirement community.
Day-to-Day duties will include;
-Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operational running of the Assisted Living development
-Leading, directing, supervising and supporting staff teams
-Assessing the support and care requirements of prospective residents
-Ensuring compliance with CQC registration, regulations and guidance
-Assisting in the internal audit and quality assurance processes
-Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety requirements
-Experienced in leading, inspiring and developing a team
-Proactive in your approach to self-development
-Able to take a flexible approach to your role with a willingness to travel to other developments
-The role would particularly suit candidates with experience in elderly care, i.e. domiciliary care or an elderly residential setting
-You will need to become registered with the Care Quality Commission in order to be able to promote high quality management of domiciliary care where required.
-QCF/NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (Adults) or equivalent
