Job Description

An amazing chance for a Registered Care manager with great knowledge of CQC standards to come and run a prestigious, luxury assisted living accommodation site.

If you have any knowledge housing or estate agencies alongside a track record of a brilliant career within care, then this is the perfect job for you! Managing a Residential home or domiciliary company is required or a career in property management with some knowledge of care.

The role
Monitor on a daily basis the provision of services and facilities, including all communal areas and the guest suite.

Monitor on a daily basis the well being of the residents in the development.

Liaise with the Chef/Cook on a daily basis to ensure the smooth running of the catering service.

Hold regular weekly meetings with the Catering Manager to monitor catering at the development.

Liaise with the correct people to ensure that all repairs are attended to promptly.

Monitor performance of external contractors appointed.

Monitor budgetary systems for meals, food, domestic assistance and personal care.

Ensure that accurate systems for the recording of services received by residents and subsequent production of invoices are adhered to at all times.

Promote and support the formation of a Residents` Association.

Actively promote the development and the Assisted Living brand within the local community.

Assist with the resale of apartments by arranging to show interested parties around the development and to ensure deep cleans are undertaken before the resident moves in.

Respond to any emergency during hours of work.

As you can see this is one role with a lot of responsibilities and a range of different tasks that will need to be carried out and delegated on a day to day basis. My client needs someone who is forward thinking, who can work well under pressure and still keep a smile on their face and give the residents the best experience possible whilst living in the building.
