We are looking to recruit a Registered Home Manager (Level 3 Diploma Residential Child Care) to join our thriving team. This Registered Home Manager vacancy is a Permanent (37.5hrs) position with an immediate start to work date.

Applicants must be pro-active and enthusiastic for the job and be willing to lead and be a productive member of the team.

The age range of the home is 12-18 years, with occupancy's ranging from 5-6.

Responsibilities will include.

To facilitate the achievement of excellent outcomes for the young people in line with every child matters, along with high standards from inspections by applying good leadership and management of the home.

To manage the home to safeguard and promote the well-being of the young people. To ensure that the welfare of the young women is the paramount consideration in the provision of the service

To provide a therapeutic environment that promotes and supports young people's recovery from their abusive and traumatic life experiences.

To maintain an in depth knowledge of The Children Homes Regulation and Quality Standards , the Children Act, other relevant legislation and guidance and company policy and procedure.
