This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Home Manager to oversee the delivery and development of a Residential Home for Young people with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties, in the Blackpool Area.

As the Registered Manager of the 6-bedded Young People`s home you will effectively and efficiently manage the home, work within and ensure effective delivery of the main responsibilities and key result areas identified within the role of a manager. Other duties will include leading, motivating and inspiring your team, active safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the child, developing a variety of intervention strategies regarding behaviour management and the promotion of pro-social behaviour, and directly delivering supervision to identified members of staff and regularly appraising performance.

The successful candidate will hold or be working towards a Level 5 in Leadership and Management and hold previous experience of managing a Young Person's service. Ideally you will be an approachable, motivating and passionate individual who provides the best person-centred care for the Young People in your care.

This is a full time position with salary of up to £41,000 in addition to bonus, excellent benefits and career progression.
