We are currently seeking a developing or experience Children`s Registered Manager for a Brand New home.
You will be working for an excellent provider which provide specialist Residential Support to Children and Young People with various needs and complex behaviours.
As the Registered Manager your duties will include ensuring the smooth running of the home which is a residential home for boys and girls, managing staff effectively, managing rotas, completing supervisions, managing budgets, liaising with education and local authorities and encouraging continuity of care.
We are looking for a motivated, resilient, dedicated and passionate individual with excellent leadership skills and attention to detail with ability to work under pressure.
The successful candidate will hold a Level 5 in Leadership and Management and relevant Children`s Management experience in addition to a Full UK Driving Licence.
This is a full time position Monday - Friday with an exciting salary of between £28,000 - £35,000, in addition to exciting benefits and personal development.
