We have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Home manager to lead, develop and oversee a beautiful outstanding rated, 19th Century home, set in a stunning location within Devon.

As the Residential Home Manager, you will report to the Area Operations Manager - the Home Manager will have overall responsibility for the management of the home (54 beds); the standard of care practice, along with leadership and financial management and recruitment. A commitment to continuous improvement will be a strong focus of this role, which will include; provision of care in accordance with approved guidelines and continual professional development of all staff in the home. You will ensure that the home is operating in accordance with requirements issued by the Care Quality Commission.

The ideal candidate will hold experience of managing a large residential home and large team, hold a level 5 in leadership and management as a minimum and hold a full UK driving licence.
This is a full-time position with a starting salary of £55,000 in addition to a substantial bonus potential, an excellent induction programme and an ongoing commitment to your career development.
