Do you have experience in management in a children and young people's setting and are looking for your next challenge?

I am currently working closely with a well-established company who believe that all young people are equally entitled to have their needs met in a fair and balanced way. They are looking for an organised and confident individual who will join their team.

You will help the children and young people become more independent and support them no matter what back ground. This is a small mixed home and provides additional support to young people who are distressed and traumatised by adverse childhood experiences.

You will help your team grow and implement training where needed so they can progress in their careers and support to the best of their abilities. You will be required to carry out investigations and disciplinary actions if needed and monitor staffing levels and ensure the budgets are managed effectively.

To be considered for interview for the position you will have NVQ 5 In Leadership and Management or equivalent. You will have a full UK clean driving licence and knowledge of care standards and childcare legislation's including child protection. You must also have at least 4 years' experience working with Children preferably in a residential setting and 2 years in a leadership role.
