We are looking for a passionate registered manager to open a new home based in Macclesfield.

You will be working with our client that are one of the most innovative providers of young people residential and education in UK. They are looking for people with the same values as them for this exciting new service. You will be managing a small team as they only run small homes as they believe this is most effective when supporting young people.

You will be leading your team through best practice and coaching to achieve the best out comes. This is a brand new home that you will be opening towards the end of 2019 (They are looking to get you started before then) so you will be part of recruiting for you new team. You will be not only working with your team but building relationships with local schools, home education and transitional services.

As this is a brand new home I am looking for an experience Registered Manager as you will need to have good knowledge of Ofsted regulations. With your experience it will mean that you can start creating new journeys for the young people and start making a difference straight away.

You will need to have worked with young people within a residential setting and have supported children with challenging behaviours and emotional needs. You will need NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young Peoples Workforce or QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, Children and Young Peoples Services.

The salary offered for this role is £29000 - £34000 depending on experience.
