Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for a new challenge? Would you want to

I'm recruiting for a Registered Manager on behalf of leading family run organisation in Torquay area that need someone like you to ensure that their clients receive the best class quality care and will make a real difference for the older people they work with. They will support you through your transition in to the organisation.

The successful candidate for the Registered Manager:

o Has a proven track record in providing the highest quality of services within elderly residential care services.
o Has the ability to build fantastic working relationships.
o Has strong influencing skills and is commercially aware.
o Has the drive and motivation to develop the care services.
o Has strong organisation and planning skills.
o Is flexible to meet the demands of the business.
o An experienced turnaround Registered Manager
o Strong understanding of all HR processes
o Proven ability leading managing and leading a large team
o Strong business acumen
