Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity to take the reigns at a lovely residential home for older people in the Exeter area.

You will lead, motivate and manage the staff team, ensuring a very high standard of care is delivered and in line with CQC compliance and all current legislation. The home is part of an independent organisation. You will work with a director who will give you plenty of support as needed but you will also have autonomy in the running of the home.

The role would suit someone who has been a Registered Manager before, from any Care background.
