Registered Manager - Fantastic independent homecare organisation!

We have a great opportunity for a Care Manager to join a fantastic, supportive, well-led domiciliary care organisation in the Plymouth area, in the role of Registered Manager.

We are seeking a strong leader with a background in Care Management and a thorough understanding of CQC and compliance legislation, to join a small, friendly organisation in the role of Registered Manager.
You will ideally have experience of managing a homecare service. However, your skills as a Leader and Manager are equally important, and we can consider candidates who have crossover experience and knowledge from other CQC regulated care services.

You will benefit from a competitive basic salary as well as the potential to earn bonus, with realistic earnings potential up to £40,000.
