We have a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Manager in Bristol for a lovely residential home for adults with learning disabilities, autism and associated needs.

You will manage the staff team, maintaining a safe and homely environment for vulnerable adults with a range of needs. You will lead, support and mentor the team who provide a full range of support to individuals, ensuring individuals supported enjoy a full range of therapeutic support and activities and enjoy life to the full.

You will be an experienced Care Manager, ideally having managed a learning disability service within a CQC regulated environment. You will hold a minimum Level 3 Health and Social Care and will ideally hold Level 5 Care Management.

You will benefit from a competitive salary of up to £37,000 along with a range of benefits.
