I am currently working closely with a client who in the new year are opening their first homes in Yorkshire after being predominately in London. They are opening small supported living roles in both Bradford and Huddersfield which help to support children between the ages of 16-25 who are leaving care.
These children have been in care for several different reasons and have dual diagnosis and a range of complex mental health needs.
Registered Manager Minimum requirements:
o At least 2 years' experience as a Manager (Essential)
o NVQ/QCF level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent qualification or willingness to work towards.
o Been registered with Ofsted/CQC in the past
o Experience of working with vulnerable people in a residential setting
o Up to date Knowledge of safeguarding and child/adult protection laws
