Job Description

We are recruiting for a fantastic organisation based in the Plymouth area. we are looking for a registered manager to take on a home for Adults with Mental Health needs.

You will work with a very supportive senior management team, ensuring that the home meets all regulatory compliance and remains homely and meets the needs of the people who stay there.

You will be a dynamic individual, someone with a spark who can help drive the organisation in a positive direction. We are looking for some with a real passion for providing the best level of care. You will lead and motivate the team, ensuring best practice at all times.

You will have previous experience as a Registered Manager within a mental health or elderly setting and will have an excellent knowledge of CQC and regulatory compliance, along with a previous track record. You do not necessarily need to be nurse qualified for this role.

Salary; up to £39,000 per annum, dependent upon experience and qualifications
