Are you a registered manager looking for a new challenge?

Then we have an amazing opportunity for you!

We are currently recruiting for a Registered children`s manager to join their team based in Liverpool! You will be running a small BRAND-NEW service, using your wealth of knowledge in the health and social care sector to run the day to day operations of the house, delivering high standards, achieving the highest level with a staff team with great values.

The hours in which you will work will be 37 HOURS PER WEEK, alongside a dedicated team and your knowledge and support will be needed for an on call system in order to support the service when needed.

Just some of the exciting aspects this role entails are…

To manage a `Young Persons` Residential Home and ensure the efficient operation of the service in accordance with the relevant legislation, procedures, policies and the Statement of Purpose for the home.

To contribute to a comprehensive staff training and development programme to enable the service to have available all necessary skills and levels of expertise to meet the needs of the young people


To co-ordinate and monitor casework and administrative functions of the home and evaluate standards of performance.

You must have experience of being registered under OFSTED within a children`s home and be able to drive, which you can, and are able to use for work purposes. You must also hold a Level 5 NVQ qualification in the relevant sector.
