We are currently seeking an experienced Children`s Registered Manager to manage and oversee the opening of a Brand-New Home for Young People.
This is a chance for a strong, energetic leader to shape the future direction of this Brand new 2 bedded home. As the Registered Manager you will lead and direct your team to ensure the highest quality care is provided. The organisation is committed to providing the very best they can for every person, to support them to grow and reach their full potential.
The role requires a knowledgeable & dynamic individual who can use their previous experience, understanding of children`s residential service, and organisational skills to ensure the home thrives. You will be required to demonstrate practical leadership skills, expert communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment whilst following all current legislation's and policies and procedures.
You will be a Manager who can use their own initiative, lead a team to greatness and use their skills to move the service forward. The ideal candidate will have a solid career history in children`s residential care, including at least 2 years management experience and previous registration with Ofsted. You will have a proven track record of managing a successful service and working towards or hold a Level 5 in leadership and management.
In return for your hard work and dedication you will receive a salary of up to £48,000 dependant on experience, opportunities for progression, full training and bonus opportunities.
