My client is looking for an individual to join the team at their 7 bedded residential care home for young adults between the ages of 8-18.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a registered manager within a children's residential home, well knowledged on dealing with challenging behaviour and hold a level 5 NVQ in Children and Young Adults

ABOUT THE ROLE

Salary: £60,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Location: Broadstairs
