I am working with a person centred provider in the Dudley borough who is seeking their next registered manager. You will initially oversee the running of one of their established settings and then play an active role in the development and multi-site management of a new service.

Your role will be varied and will include all elements of running a flagship service, as well as registration with CQC and maintaining a warm, homely and safe setting.

You will lead and supervise a skilled staff team, ensure the service is fully compliant with CQC and maintain excellent records, PBS and care and support plans.

As you grow and develop with your new employer, you will take the lead on opening and developing a new service, including referral management, care planning, behaviour management implementation, recruitment and staff training.

* Demonstrate proven registered management experience in the learning disabilities sector
* Hold a relevant care management qualification
