Job Description

Are you passionate, hard working individual with integrity and ambition?

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a passionate, quality lead and children focused Registered Manager to be part of a team in a 5 bed children residential home within Preston.

You will be working for an excellent provider in children services.

As the Registered Manager you will;
- Ensure the home runs smoothly each day.
- Ensure the children within the home are receiving the correct and high level of quality care and support they need.
- Be visibly available and obviously present for the children.
- Regularly complete risk assessments, reports and adhere to company policies and procedures where required to ensure the values and quality of service are in place.

You will be able to demonstrate good communication skills, leadership, organisational skills, a high willingness to learn and work very well with children. Also to make sure you are able to develop a team and to deliver quality services at all times.

The successful candidate will hold relevant experience with managing in a therapeutic home, experience as a Registered Manager and must have had experience working in a children home. You will have experience with managing complex situations and have the ability to motivate and develop individuals.

The ideal candidate will have the Level 5 NQV qualification or equivalent.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary starting from £40,000 with consideration to your experience.
