Role - Registered Manager - Domiciliary Care
Full time -Monday - Friday
Salary - £30,000 - £35,000 per annum DOE
Location - Bristol
I am recruiting for a Registered Manager to join a friendly team in domiciliary care branch based close to The Downs, Bristol.
You will be managing a service, which has 200+ hours a week supporting people with Dementia, Learning disabilities, Mental health conditions in the local area.
Your Skills/ Qualifications
Minimum level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, happy to work toward it.
Previous Registered Manager experience, preferably in Domiciliary Care
You need licence & own car, as you will have to travel.
Excellent working knowledge of health and safety, risk assessment, safeguarding, person centred support and care planning, staff management.
Organisational and prioritisation skills.

As Registered Manager you will manage the team and acting as the leading care professional for the business.
Duties will include:
- Responsibility for CQC compliance
- Recruitment of staff and taking on new customers
- Quality assurance and audit
- Management of office team
- Budget and growth targets
- Staff training, retention and career pathways
Salary is between £30,000 and £35,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience. Other benefits include:
