Your new company is one of the biggest providers of housing and social care support across the Midlands and surrounding areas and you will be joining them at an exciting time of growth and development.
Employed on a full time basis, you will oversee the running of an established residential setting and be responsible for the leadership and management of a large, established staff team.
Other areas of responsibility will include, care and support planning, internal and external auditing, budget management, quality and compliance, recruitment and HR responsibilities.
Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be flexible to deliver spot checks on weekends and night shifts, share the on call rota and cover weekends on occasion.

To be considered for this exciting registered manager role, you MUST:
* Demonstrate proven experience within the care sector at management level
* Have experience in a learning disability setting and be competent in behaviour management
* Hold or be working towards a relevant care management qualification
* Be flexible to share the on call rota
