I am working in partnership with a leading provider of social housing and care across Shropshire, Staffordshire and Wolverhampton to recruit for their next outstanding registered manager.
You will become a pivotal part of the senior management team, working alongside the performance and compliance managers and overseeing multiple services in your region.
Due to the nature of the role, you will split your time between the Telford Head Office, working remotely and services in your region.
Your new registered manager role will require you to oversee the operational management for multiple extra care and supported living settings. You will be supporting a varied client group including adults aged 55 years plus in an extra care setting and young adults with a learning disability diagnosis.
Other areas of responsibility will include, the direct line management of service managers, quality and compliance, auditing, referrals and assessments and business growth and development.
A key requirement of this role is that the successful candidate holds registration with CQC.

Other essential requirements include:
* Level 5 in leadership and management
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
* Flexibility to share the on call rota and commute across your portfolio of services.
In return, you will receive a generous salary circa £43000, paid on call allowance, mileage and a generous annual leave allowance.
