My client has over several Children residential homes across London and Essex
Assisting children/Young people with EBD and other complex needs.
Long term goal for young people is to ensure they gain own Independence and make a positive contribution towards the community.

Duties will include running the home smoothly with other management and support workers to maintain a high standard of living for children and young people.
Must have at least 1 year minimum experience as a Registered Manager and aware of Ofsted regulations and policies.

Salary depending on experience £40 - £50k per annum
Location Essex, Croydon and Epsom

* Must have Level 5 In leadership and Management
* Must have Hold a Registered Managers role
