I am currently working with a leading provider of home care services. They have multiple branches across the East and West Midlands and have a fantastic opportunity for an experiences and dedicated team member to join them as a Registered Manager.
The successful candidate will be required to lead the branch in delivering a high standard of care as well as leading from the front in delivering a person-centred approach to those that they support. They currently operate at around 650 hours but as part of your role you will be responsible for growth. You will be responsible for the management of staff, rotas, care hours, commercial targets, finance and budgets. As well as the recruitment, training, and retention of care staff. You will also be required to attend management meetings.
To be successful within this role you must have;
- Experience managing a domiciliary care service which works with local authorities, providing services to older adults.
- NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Exceptional communication skills to ensure the branches reputation is enhanced and maintained in the local community, with customers, staff, health professionals and other stakeholders
For all your hard work and commitment, you can expect a salary of £30,000 to £35,000 per year plus re occurring monthly bonus based on achieving and maintaining commercial hours targets and compliance. Plus, pension plan and 28 days holiday allowance.
