We are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager to oversee a five bedded Residential Home for adults with learning disabilities and complex behaviours within the Corby area.
This purpose-built setting promotes choice and independence, as well as developing social and living skills, and is currently rated Good with CQC.
As the Registered Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the service, you will support your staff team, motivate them and ensure person centred care is being delivered. You will also ensure that the best standards of care are maintained and exceeded.
The successful person will hold a minimum of a Level 3 in Health and social care, relevant experience as either a deputy manager or registered manager and proven experience within the social care sector, supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, the salary is £40,000 with an attractive bonus scheme plus other great benefits when you join.
