Job Description

BS Social Care are recruiting on behalf of one of our valued clients to manage several Supported Living facilities in the Wirral area.

You will have the flexibility and aptitude to manage numerous locations at any one time. You will have excellent leadership and delegation skills along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Your main duties will be to ensure the compliance of the Supported Living facilities, conduct staff appraisals an supervisions.

You will have experience managing a large staff team and experience with CQC compliance. You will have a good track record for maintaining high standards and experience with Learning Disabilities. You will have at least 12 months experience as a Registered Manager and will be keen to develop your skills and increase your knowledge to work to the best of your ability.

Minimum requirements:-
- NVQ level 5 in Health and Social Care Leadership and Management/ RMA level 4 or equivalent
- 12 Months Experience in a Registered Manager's role
- Experience with Learning Disabilities
- Driver essential

Annual Salary - Circa £30,000 + excellent benefits package
