I am recruiting for a Registered Manager to join a well-established team and organisation that provides a high quality care in a premium environment.

As a Manager you will be required to provide effective leadership, governance and management and it is your responsibility to secure, sustain and promote the reputation of the service.

You will be supporting 6 people who have learning difficulties.

You will be outcomes focused, flexible and have an unswerving passion for providing the very best the service users.

Minimum NVQ lv5 is needed as well as experience managing team, supervision, rota, care plans etc.

On call duties are once every 6 weeks.
