Are you an experienced Registered Manager with a proven track record?

BS Social Care is proud recruit on behalf of one of our valued clients, looking for a highly experienced Registered Manager with a record on improving and sustaining CQC standards.

You will have 3-4 years + experience as a CQC registered Manager. You must have a record of improving CQC ratings or maintaining at least a good rating. You will be working in a large 60+ bed Nursing Home for Elderly and Dementia residents. This is a brand new home ready for you to put your stamp on it!


The ideal candidate will have experience managing CQC compliance with extensive experience with Dementia and Elderly care. You will be a highly competent, person centred, leader with excellent interpersonal skills.

Requirements:
- Experience with Dementia
- 3-4 years experience as CQC Registered Manager
- Excellent track record with CQC
