Care Manager- Gloucestershire
Location: Cheltenham / Gloucester / Stroud
Salary: 35k (negotiable depending on experience)

Your Role and Skills
If you are an experienced Care Manager who has excellent leadership skills and has the ambition and drive to influence the formation of a new and exciting organisation, we would like to hear from you.
The new leader will have passion running through their veins and will be committed to promoting the wellbeing of the people who use the services.
You will be part of organisation that brings a fresh perspective to the care industry, focusing on therapeutic activities which provide meaningful opportunities for people who may have a disability, mental health illness or additional needs. Their wellbeing events programmes are accessible to members of the public, which helps to break down barriers of segregation, and offers a plethora of opportunity to truly prosper. The ethos is for care and wellbeing to intrinsically run side by side throughout the delivery of their services, so it is essential that candidates have a demonstrable person centred value set.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience of leading a team, and leveraging their skill set
- Experience dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, physical disabilities or sensory impairments
- Integrity and flexible thinking
- An inquisitive nature, being conscientious, meticulous and ask why, what if
- An equal focus on quality, sustainability and growth
- Experienced in multi-site management - minimum of two years
- Management and leadership qualifications
- Clear understanding of CQC and regulations

Care Manager with either Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social care or in the process of training for the Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social care or equivalent, based in the UK are required.
