Registered Manager
Cardiff
£30,000 - £35,000 + bonus

We are delighted to be working in partnership with a family run business who are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager in Cardiff.
The salary that is being offered is up to £35,000 with OTE in first year of around £40,000.

The service provides home care throughout Cardiff, supporting a range of clients , such as; Substance Misuse, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and elderly clients.

You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard is being delivered to all clients, and motivating the staff to continue to do so. There is also an office based in Barry providing care throughout the Vale of Glamorgan, you will also oversee and support the current manager in place.

You will receive a fantastic support system from experienced Directors and R.I.
This is a full time position, and there will be on call duties that you would participate in which would be 1 in 4.

The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding around current regulations and continue to maintain compliance. Being ambitious and enthusiastic to continue grow the hours of care being delivered, as well as;

• Excellent knowledge of CIW regulations
• People management skills
• Excellent personal skills
• Passionate about delivering high-quality care
• Level 5 in Health and Social Care (Adults)
• Current UK Driving Licence
• Flexibility to work on call (1 in 4)
