SALARY: £42,000 - £47,000

BS Social Care specialise in the permanent recruitment of Health & Social Care professionals. We are currently assisting one of the UK`s most prestigious care providers in their recruitment of an experienced Registered Manager.

The role is to manage a Specialist Care Centre which provides long term person centred care and support for adults with a range of neurological conditions including, but not limited to: Acquired Brain Injury, Huntington's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone Disease and Spinal Injury.

You will work effectively, leading a qualified and committed team of staff to deliver care that promotes choice, independence and well being; delegating duties to ensure the smooth running of the service.

You will provide management of clinical, development, operational, financial and administrative functions to assist senior management in matters of strategic planning, company standards and policies and procedures.

An excellent communicator, you will truly be passionate about making a difference to the lives of the people you support. You will lead by example, and your passion will inspire your staff team to go the extra mile.

To be successful in this role you will meet the following:

Nurse qualified with a valid NMC PIN

Minimum 4 years experience in a Managerial role working in a similar setting

Excellent communicator with proven experience building, and maintaining relationships at all levels
