Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a service leader to manage 3 registered services for adults with autism and learning disabilities in Hampshire.
We are proud to work on behalf of a national social care charity who have won a large number of awards in the past 5 years. They have been recognised for their commitment to improving lives across the UK, including a FAB award in 2018 celebrating their success working with various organisations and services across the UK.
Main job role:
- Managing 3 separate services with 14 service users
- Supervising complex health needs
- Quality assurance and regulatory requirements
- Accountable for 24 hour management of the services
- Managing a team of 30 support workers
- On-call rota
As an ideal candidate you will have:
- Great communication skills
- Leadership and coaching skills
- Passion for personal development and delivering high quality care services
Requirements:
- Full driving license
- Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD)
- Management Experience
Contract:
- £30,000 per annum
- 37.5 hours a week
- Mon - Fri 9-5
