I am looking for a committed Domiciliary Care Manager career focused individual to manage the branch. The client have focused on high quality care for there clients which is evident from the excellent reviews given by them.

Requirements needed to become a Care Manager:

" You will need a minimum of 5 years working within the Care industry
" You will also need 1 years experience as a Care Manager
" Be able to drive and own your own Vehicle
" Highly knowledgeable of processes involved in CQC compliance and monitoring of service standards
" Strong leadership skills and a proven ability of management and development of teams ensuring they are supported with appropriate training
" Excellent business and interpersonal skills

In return to your hard work and consistency, you will be offered a salary between £30,000 to £36,000 depending on experience.
