Are you an experienced domiciliary Care manager looking for your next challenge?

I am currently recruiting for a large domiciliary care franchise who are looking for a confident and committed individual to help drive the carers.

You will have a positive energy and a positive outlook helping the carers strive to be the best they can be and pushing them in the right direction to deliver high qualities of home care to ever customer.

About you-
*You will level5 LMC or equivalent or are working towards this.
*experience in managing the same setting
*You will have a UK Driving licence and access to your own Vehicle.
*Caring and compassionate towards people in need of care and support
*Respect for people suffering from a range of medical conditions with different backgrounds and beliefs to your own. Strong commitment to non-discriminatory care practice
*Commitment to respecting the rights of customers at all times and to promoting their privacy, dignity and independence throughout their lives.
*Self-motivated and keen to learn. Willing to seek guidance when needed and follow instructions
*Excellent time keeper and reliable
*Professional, smart appearance

This position is full time at 40 hours per week, your predominant working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30-5.

The pay for this position is £32,000 per annum and is based in Shipley, Bradford.
