Are you a compassionate and experienced care leader ready to make a difference?
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to oversee a well-established learning disabilities service in Mansfield. This is an excellent opportunity for an established deputy manager looking to step into their first registered manager role or a seasoned manager seeking a settled service.
As the Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Leadership: Leading and inspiring a dedicated team of support workers.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintaining compliance with CQC regulations and best practice standards.
- Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing service improvement plans.
- Staff Management: Recruiting, training, and developing staff.
