Brook Street are delighted to be supporting a local charity in their search for a Registered Manager on a full time permanent basis.

This is an amazing opportunity to join a large team who provide 'short break' care for disabled children and young people.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience of working within a Children's Residential setting and at least 2 years experience in a supervisory/management role. You will have great knowledge of complex disabilities and superb communication skills.

You must be a strong leader, somebody who is able to motivate and manage a large team and are able to contribute to and oversee the care all service users receive.
