The Role as a registered manager will manage the dynamic care of the home. Building stakeholder relationships and maintaining the CQC standards following policy and procedures whilst helping the business grow.

Passionate wanting to make a change who can lead and manage a team effectively with a proven track record of working in a similar setting.

Diploma level 5 H&S Managed a home within a similar setting and flexible to be on call 1 week in 5 , car driver

£37953, plus Pension Scheme, Annual leave 30 days holiday and BH laptop and mobile provided 45p mileage allowance from work to meetings Full training provided, scope for career development
