We are seeking a Passionate and Dedicated Registered Manager to oversee the running of a beautiful Retirement Living service, set in the beautiful location of Kendal.
We are looking for an individual with a passion for performance, who will strive to ensure that Home Owners flourish in a vibrant and caring community. The Manager will work together with the parent companies to fulfil visions to enhance the lives of a retirement community.
As the Registered Manager you will taking overall responsibility for the day-to-day operational running of the Assisted Living development, you will lead, direct, supervise and support staff teams working within the Assisted Living development in providing a range of services which can respond flexibly to the needs of individual residents, manage the promotion of domiciliary care services to residents of the development and potentially in the locality.
Ideally you will have a proactive approach to self-development, ensuring you are able to support the business as they change & grow.
You will need to hold a Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent, hold Registered Manager experience and Housing Management experience would be desirable.
This is a full time position with a salary of £31,250 plus excellent benefits and progression.
