Registered Manager - Bolton

Job Description

We are looking for a Registered Manager for a service based in Bolton. You will be working as part of a Regional charity managing a 5 bedded service for young people with autism and complex needs.

You will be part of a large network of residential and community services which will work with you to support you and help you manage your service to be as successful as possible and for the young people to thrive. You will be the Registered Manager for your service however you will have a number of peers that you will be in regular contact with that will support you manage your service.

The home has been open for over 20 years and has a really established staffing team. It is a great team to be part of with everyone working hard to make sure the young people are being looked after.The home in the latest Ofsted inspection has been described as providing 'A warm, caring environment that is a home in its truest sense'

You will ideally have had experience in working in a residential service, this could be as a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager or Assistant manager. You will also need to have completed your Level 5 in Leadership and Management course. You will need to have leadership skills and ideally have managed teams before.
