We are seeking a childrens home manager for an exciting new service in the Taunton area.
We are proud to be working with this independent organisation in the search for a registered manager, who will work closely with the senior management team in the set up of this new home.
This organisation supports children with social, emotional and mental health needs as well as learning disabilities, providing caring and empathetic home environments to meet the needs of vulnerable children. They place an emphasis on supporting the children to engage with a range of fun, practical and therapeutic activities in the local area.
You will be an experienced residential childcare Deputy Manager or experienced Registered Manager, with a big heart and plenty of energy, to lead and motivate the team and ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
